Smellionaire is a trade name of House of Shuler, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. These Terms cover your use of smellionaire.store and orders placed on it. By ordering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies. You must be 18 or older to order.
Give accurate information and use the site lawfully. Don't interfere with it, try to access it without permission, or use bots to place orders.
We describe products, sizes, condition and prices as accurately as we can. Packaging and screen colors vary. How a fragrance smells differs from person to person and changes with skin, weather and storage. If we make an error in a price or description, we may correct it or cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full.
Smellionaire is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand named for comparison. Those names belong to their owners and are used only to describe scent character.
Perfume is flammable. Keep it away from heat and flame. For external use only. Test on a small area of skin first and stop if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
An order confirmation means we received your order, not that we've accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or shipping restrictions, and we'll refund anything you paid. Payments are processed by Stripe and your card is charged when you order. Prices are in U.S. dollars; tax and shipping are shown before you pay.
Orders placed on eBay, TikTok Shop or another marketplace follow that marketplace's payment, return and buyer-protection rules.
Site text, photos and branding belong to House of Shuler, LLC or are used with permission. Don't copy or resell them without asking.
We use outside providers and may link to other sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
