Smellionaire is a trade name of House of Shuler, LLC, a Georgia company. This policy covers smellionaire.store.
Your name, email, phone and shipping address when you order or create an account. What you ordered, returns and support messages. Scent preferences and quiz answers, if you give them. From Stripe, a payment record with card brand and last four digits; we never see or store your full card number. Basic technical data such as IP address and browser in server logs.
Our own page counts record which pages and searches are used, not who used them. We don't run advertising trackers or sell ad space, and we use only the cookies and storage needed for your cart, sign-in and security. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and ask first where the law requires it.
To take payment, ship your order, send tracking, handle returns and answer you. To prevent fraud and keep the site secure. To meet tax and legal duties. To email you about new drops, only if you signed up and confirmed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; order emails still come.
We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed with: Stripe, for payments and fraud screening; our hosting and database providers; the carrier delivering your package; our email provider; and advisers or authorities when the law requires it, or a buyer if the business is ever sold. We don't sell your address. We share it only to take payment, deliver your order, support you, prevent fraud and comply with law.
Order and tax records for at least seven years, because the law expects it. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.
Update your details in your account. Unsubscribe any time. Ask us through the Support page, by emailing support@smellionaire.store, or by calling (404) 939-0807 to see, correct or delete your information; we'll confirm it's you and keep only what the law requires.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no site is perfectly secure. Smellionaire is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and you must be 18 or older to order.
