We ship within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or anywhere outside the United States. Please use a street address at checkout.
Perfume is regulated as a flammable liquid, so every order travels by ground. We don't offer express, overnight or air shipping. Orders are limited to 6 bottles.
Ground shipping is $8.95, or free on $75.00+ of eligible merchandise after discounts. Ground only, to the 48 contiguous states and DC. The shipping price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders ship within 2 business days. We email tracking when the label is created; it can take a day to show movement. Delivery estimates are estimates. Weather and hazardous-material handling can add time.
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact Support with your order number and we'll check with the carrier. If the carrier confirms a loss, or there's no delivery scan 15 days after shipment, you choose: a replacement (if in stock) or a full refund.
Check your address before paying. We can fix it if the order hasn't been packed; after that we may not be able to. If a package comes back to us as refused or undeliverable, we refund the merchandise minus $8.95, or reship at your cost.
